Donna's 50th Reunion - Claremont, CA High School Class of 1961 : Sep 24, 2011: Donna "Dilks" Perdue attended her 50th High School Reunion for the class of 1961 at Claremont, California. It was held in the old Gym of the school (long since converted to a Dinner Theatre). It was a dazzling affair with great conversation and memories being passed around between people who shared a special bond about 53 years ago. The next morning many of the alumni got together for a breakfast at the Fairgrounds to complete their visiting in the daylight. (Those wrinkles looked more realistic in the light of day... but few saw them. Most were thinking about what each other looked like 50 years ago.

Dutch Harbor 206 CA World War II : These are photos taken of men (especially my father, Cpl. Emon C. Perdue) while serving in the 206th Coast Artillery Regiment from the Arkansas National Guard in Dutch Harbor, Unalaska, Aleutians, Alaska during World War II. My Dad served there from 1941 to 1943. Some photos are from the Training camp in Fort Bliss in Texas prior to shipping out to the Aleutians.
