Great Divide Bicycle Ride (without competition)
Bikers (and hikers) ride along the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route (or Tour Divide) on Red Rock Road (in Montana and idaho) to complete a personal best achievement challenge riding from Canada to Mexico or even farther. These bikers are not participating in a race but just following a lifelong dream to stretch themselves beyond their normal limits. Some are riding to support a cause like Cancer Research and others just to challenge themselves. I enjoy documenting their achievements and sharing them with you.

Ed is traveling the Tour Divide from the Canadian Border to the Mexican border with his friend Ken. They are in their late Sixties and still have what it takes to travel the distance. They are from Ohio. Here he's taking a lunch break on Red Rock Road at the continental divide (Montana/Idaho).
